Preparation Note
This PT sample is packaged as a 1.5 mL concentrate.
The solvent for this sample is water.
The PT sample is not preserved.
Sample preparation
Fill a 100 mL Class A Volumetric Flask to volume with organic free reagent water.
Allow the ampule concentrate to equilibrate to room temperature.
Open ampule PEO-414 and withdraw 20 μL of the solution using a gas tight microsyringe.
Inject the concentrate into the expanded area of the flask well below the surface of the water.
Stopper the flask and mix by gentle inversion 3 times. Excessive mixing will result in loss of volatiles and should be avoided.
This represents the sample for analysis.
