Product Name
HMG14 (Phospho-Ser21) Antibody
Synonyms
high-mobility group nucleosome binding domain 1; HMG14; nonhistone chromosomal protein HMG-14
Immunogen
The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human HMG14 around the phosphorylation site of Ser21.
Immunogen Range
Oct-59
Clonality
Polyclonal
Application Dilutions
IHC: 1:50~1:100 IF: 1:100~1:500 ELISA: 1:1000
Specificity
HMG14 (Phospho-Ser21) Antibody detects endogenous levels of HMG14 only when phosphorylated at Ser21.
Purification
The antibody was purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using phospho peptide. The antibody against non-phospho peptide was removed by chromatography using corresponding non-phospho peptide.
